  • By scheduling an appointment at RUN, guests agree to our cancellation policy. A valid credit card is required to schedule an appointment in advance at RUN. Guests who cancel within 24-hours of the appointment start time or no-show a scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled services(s) total as a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be processed to the credit card on file. The fee is not redeemable for services or products and is non-refundable.

    We do not wish to charge guests who do not come in to see us! To avoid this fee, please cancel prior to the 24-hour window before your appointment begins.


  • Team members’ individual session prices are based on level of experience in the industry, technical skills, demand, and personal performance.

  • We want you to love your hair! If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of the service. We will be happy to make any adjustments needed within those 7 days. Refunds are not given for services fully rendered to ensure our stylists are paid for their time. However, we strive to give you the best hair and we want you to be happy!

  • Custom color is the term we use for achieving your customized hair color look. Whether you would like all over color, dimensional color, balayage, base color with highlights, lowlights, gray coverage, or something in between, please schedule a custom color appointment. Custom color session pricing gives us the time to deliver exceptional results that are customized to each guest. See each stylist's individual Custom Color pricing when booking.

  • New growth appointments include hair color applied only at the roots. This service is helpful for guests who need root coverage every 3-6 weeks or in-between custom color appointments.

  • Book this for any custom color service that will take longer than 3 hours to complete transformation. (Ex: Fashion colors, going platinum, color corrections, transformations). Consultation is required before completion of this service.

  • No. It is illegal to price services based on gender. An excellent men's cut often takes more skill and time than cutting long layers. We offer complimentary touch-ups between haircuts for all short cuts. Touch-ups are limited to the neckline or fringe line and only once between full service haircut appointments. Touch-ups help extend the cut and take 15 minutes in the salon.

  • We provide complimentary consultations for cut, color, keratin, extensions, and styling services. We require consultations for extensions and transformative color services. If you are new to RUN, and unsure who you would like to see or what service you would like, please take advantage of a consultation service so we can ensure you find your person and look!
