Welcome to RUN. By booking a service, visiting our website, or communicating with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.

Appointments + Booking

Appointments can be booked online via our secure booking system, Boulevard, or by calling the salon directly. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date contact and payment information.

Cancellations + Late Arrivals

We reserve appointments just for you. To respect our stylists' time, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% service charge.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply a cancellation fee.

Payments

We accept major credit cards and other digital payments through Boulevard. Some services may require a card on file or a deposit to secure your appointment. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Text Messaging + Notifications

By entering your phone number during booking, you consent to receive SMS notifications from Run Hair Salon, including:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Schedule changes or waitlist openings

  • Occasional promotions or updates (only with your opt-in)

Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed appointments. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please reach out within 7 days, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Privacy

Your information is used solely to provide and improve your experience with us. We do not sell your data. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
